Arch Week is AV’s newest program designed specifically for high school graduates!
When transitioning into college, students face a period of spiritual, mental, and vocational growth. Without resources, students can get lost. Arch Week is a 1-week program run by the Antiochian Village Camp, for students who have just graduated high school and are looking to deepen and strengthen their faith as they “bridge the gap” to life after high school. This can be a challenging time of transition, which is why the program’s goal is to offer recent high school graduates resources and opportunities to learn and grow in their faith. Participants will grow together through worship, fellowship, service, reflection, and education, while still having the “fun of camp” with evening programs, activities, sports, and cabin times! The program will be guided by clergy who will be serving the services, teaching lessons, and leading discussions. There will be several guest speakers to help with topics such as mental health, serving Christ in the secular world, and transitioning to new environments. We will also have a team of dedicated staff who are already working hard to prepare an engaging and fulfilling program.
Mission
Arch Week strengthens high school graduates’ formation in Jesus Christ through Orthodox Christian worship, service, fellowship, and reflection.
