1. Go to https://www.identogo.com/services/history-check/fbi-history-check

2. Select the option that applies to you:

• Schedule an appointment for the following states: DC, IL, SC
• Schedule an appointment for all other states:
• If you are unable to locate an enrollment center near you: Pre-register to submit a fingerprint card by mail.

3. Start completing the following sections starting with the Privacy Act Statement and Essential Info.

4. Under Additional Information, select Personal Review.

5. Continue to complete the following sections: Citizenship, Personal Questions, Personal Info, and Address.

6. Under Documents, select the documentation you will bring to your fingerprint enrollment appointment. Be sure to bring the documentation you select to your appointment.

7. Under Location, enter your zip code and press search. The closest IdentoGO stations will populate. Select one to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to locate an enrollment center near you, you can return to Step 2 and complete the following option: Pre-register to submit a fingerprint card by mail.

8. Depending on the IdentoGO station, you may be able to prepay, or you may be asked to pay the day of your appointment. Please print or ask for a copy of the receipt. Please send these receipts to tamalyn@avcamp.org for reimbursement upon your employment. If we do not have valid receipts, we will not be able to reimburse you. Please note: bank statements and/or screenshots of your online bank transaction history are NOT valid receipts.

9. Attend your appointment and get your fingerprints done.

10. Your results will take approximately 6-8 weeks to process, so get the done early. The results will either by mailed or emailed to the addresses you entered when booking an appointment. Examples of common IdentoGO FBI fingerprint results are located below. Please note, we cannot accept your actual fingerprint card. If you have your fingerprints done at a local police station or other authorized authority, you will need to revisit Step 2 and pre-register to submit a fingerprint card by mail to IdentiGO to process a history check.

11. Upon receiving your results, upload them to your online account under your on boarding documents.
